Do you take a percentage of my royalties?
On paid plans (Pro and Label), you keep 100% of every dollar you earn from streaming, downloads, and sync — always. We only charge the flat annual subscription fee. No commission, no percentage — nothing more, ever. On the free plan, we retain a small commission (20%) to sustain the platform at no upfront cost to you. It’s a true try-before-you-buy model.
What happens if a release needs a correction before delivery?
Nothing is delivered until it passes quality control. If a check doesn’t pass — audio integrity, artwork rules, metadata language, explicit flags or split setup — the release comes back to you in the dashboard with the specific file or field to correct, and you resubmit from the same draft. Support replies in about 4 hours if you need a hand. Submit at least 7 days before your target release date so corrections don’t affect it.
When do reported royalties become withdrawable?
Earnings appear in your dashboard as each platform reports them. Once a balance is cleared it’s available to withdraw from $5 — there’s no 30-day hold. Every report is downloadable in CSV and PDF by platform, country and date, and royalty splits pay each collaborator to their own account automatically. Full detail on Royalties.
Can I transfer my existing catalog from another distributor?
Yes — we support catalog migration from all major distributors including DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, and others. Our team assists you through the process to ensure no gap in availability. Pro and Label plan users get hands-on migration support.
What happens to my music if I stop my subscription?
Your music will stay live on all platforms even if your subscription ends. We do not remove or take down your releases due to an inactive subscription. Your songs remain available worldwide unless you personally request a takedown.
